"Inspired by those words, I decided to fill this box with all the things I like to have around while I hold a great glass of whisky. To curate these items, I focused on elements that would be enhanced in the presence of the whisky. Umami and earthy flavor of the bread and cured meats. I choose matured cheeses that could stand out next to the complexity of the whisky's flavour profiles. The dark chocolate with spice is one of my favorites to have with whisky, together with some fresh fruits - the spicy and smoky after taste makes me want to have another glass."
